Sulmet Soluble Powder

Sulmet Soluble Powder (Sodium Sulfamethazine) is used for the control and treatment of the following diseases when caused by one or more of the following pathogenic organisms susceptible to sulfamethazine.

• Infectious Coryza (2 consecutive days)
• Coccidiosis (Full strength for 2 days, then reduce drug concentration to one-half for 4 additional days)
• Acute Fowl Cholera (6 consecutive days)
• Pullorum Disease (6 consecutive days)

Dosage

Mix 2 tablespoons per gallon of water, and provide it as a sole source of drinking water in a non-metallic dish for 2 to 6 days depending on the circumstances.

Warning

Do not eat the bird, or eggs for at least 10 days from the end of treatment.
